Boxes are in the silver walk-in cooler at the end of our driveway. Pick up is self-serve. Please check your name off the pick up list when you get your box.

CSA Boxes will be stacked up at the back of the store against the wall. There will be a check off sheet with boxes. Please check your name off when picking up your box. Boxes MUST be picked up by 6 p.m. on Wednesday when store closes.

CSA Box pick up will be self-serve and outside in the driveway of private residence with appropriate social distancing measures in place. Pick up your box as early as you can during the day so your produce stays fresh.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Before you join our CSA, we want to make sure you understand the refund and cancellation policy. We ask for a good-faith commitment to our CSA as cancelling or refunding for a share costs us time and resources.

Cancellations

CSA Members can cancel their CSA share before June 1st and receive a full refund of any payments made (minus any credit card processing fees that we may have incurred). Please e-mail us ASAP if you need to cancel your share so that we can open up your spot to someone else and begin the refund process. If you need to cancel your CSA share during the season ( or after June 1st) due to a move or other unforeseen circumstance, we can give you a pro-rated refund for the rest of the season (minus any credit card fees).

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your CSA share or have another complaint, please get in touch with us by e-mail ASAP so that we can remedy the situation with replacement product or credit. Refunds of your share due to a cancellation will follow the policy above for either a full refund or pro-rated refund. If you would like to transfer your share to a friend or family member, that is also a helpful and economical option for us. Please contact us by email if you’d like to transfer your share and we can transfer the membership and billing information to the new member.

Devastating Weather Events:

If we had a catastrophic weather event (devastating tornado for example), we would still do our best to fill shares with whatever product we have available, taking a week or two off to recover and re-plant and extending the season later into the fall, or supplementing with produce from other organic neighboring farms. Part of the CSA relationship is we ask for your commitment to the farm despite weather, pest, and disease challenges. For our part, we take the commitment to provide your household with the best quality and quantity of produce possible with the utmost sincerity and responsibility. We have been farming for over 17 years, and have ample experience, infrastructure, and knowledge to provide high-quality product in spite of the challenges of climate change.
